Veronika Holynskyj
Managing Director
With a career in the travel industry that began in 1999, Vero brings over 25 years of in-depth knowledge and experience to our team. She joined Saspo Direct in 2014, when the company was still part of the Hahn Air Group, and has since become an indispensable part of our operations.
As our reliable “busy bee,” Vero is responsible for overseeing daily business and expertly managing all aspects of ticketing. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and extensive industry expertise ensure that processes run smoothly and our clients receive the highest level of service.
When she is not at work, Vero treasures quality time with her two sons and her dog. She also loves to bake, adding creativity and passion to everything she does.
Gema Perez
Managing Director
Gema has been working in the travel industry since 1998 and is also one of the founders of Saspo Services. Even though she was born in Spain, most time of her life she spent abroad. She grew up in Morocco and spend a few years in Ireland before she decided to move to Germany. Within the team we especially appreciate her positive attitude and optimism. One day she wants to fulfil her longtime dream and go on an around the world trip.
Liba Wodak
Managing Director
Liba started working in the travel industry back in 2001 when she joint Saspo Direct and has been closely associated with the company since then. Traveling the world, getting to know new things and overcoming borders has always been her big dream since childhood, which she spent in the Czech Republic. At Saspo Services she mainly pays attention to the numbers and organization – and complements the team in the commercial field.
Michaela Roos
Sales Manager
Michi completes the Saspo Services Team which she joint back in 2008. At Saspo she handles the flight bookings and supports the rest of the team with the daily business. Travelling has always been her passion while she is mostly seeking for nice and sunny beach destinations. It is very fun to be around her and to work with her.

Born in Paraguay, Veronica developed a fascination with aviation, cultures, and languages at a very young age —a passion that has shaped both personal and professional experiences in the tourism industry. With deep expertise, dedication, and a truly global perspective, Veronica brings valuable insights to every endeavor.
Beyond a professional career in tourism, Veronica enjoys traveling with family and exploring new destinations. A love for discovering the beauty of diverse cultures continues to inspire and fuel this lifelong passion for tourism.
Jhon De Agrela
Sales Manager
Jhon has spent more than 27 years in the airline industry, looking after group quotes, bookings, and ticketing with care and precision. Travel and tourism are his true passions, and he loves helping people plan their journeys. When he’s not at work, you’ll often find him learning a new language, catching a show at the theater, or exploring somewhere new by himself.
